Initial ideation is best when it is done independently, for increased volume and originality of ideas.

Accordingly, use this time to work independently. Write ideas on sticky notes that answer your team’s question.
Volume is key! Record as many ideas as possible, and don’t think too much about your ideas or critique them. For now, no idea is dumb, ridiculous, or far-out!
